I'm hungry. I want bread. I want sugar. But I want to be healthy and lose weight. WAHHHH.

Who's hungry!? Sometimes healthy eating can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! Start with the basics. Let me share with you what I'd bring for lunch!

*Tuna Salad Wrap - wraps are better low carb options than bread. If you want to amp it up even more - use a romaine lettuce leaf!
*Cucumber Salad - below is the recipe! Choose veggies you like and will actually eat. If you're just starting to eat healthy, you have to EASE yourself into it.
*Blueberries & Watermelon - I love fruit! Quick and easy energy sources.
*Soup - Be sure to find a low sodium option that is as natural as possible.
*Cookies - We're trying to keep our sanity while eating healthy. Eat the damn cookie.

Ridiculously easy Cucumber Salad:
1. Chop cucumbers to your liking (I chop them into baby triangles!)
2. Slice tomatoes into bite-size pieces (I use grape tomatoes)
3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze (the glaze makes the difference!)
4. Salt & pepper
5. Bon Appetit!

Back when I was a freshman in high school, I remember being on a sweatpants kick! Because I only had brothers I usually store sweats from their closets! I'm realizing I'm only writing with exclamation points...!

Well the sweatpants phase transformed into making casual look super trendy and cute. Because you never know who you'll meet and talk to in a day, I now try to look my best everyday. The product that makes my lips instantly plumper is a facial toning tool by Liptiful. You can check out their products here SHOP LIPTIFUL This isn't a sponsored video. I asked Liptiful to send me their product because I wanted to review it myself. Liptiful did not pay me to create a video. Only like to say these things for transparency.

So back to the Liptiful. You basically pretend you're sucking on a pacifier, take the tool off of your lips and POOF! Your lips are two times bigger. Then I line my lips with a darker lip liner. My current favorite is Absolutely It by MAC. Then, for the real magic, pop some light shimmer eye shadow in the center of your lips to make them look extra plump and kissable!
